Oyster’s own Robert Ornelas, a familiar face to many of you on Campus, attended the University of Birmingham’s Awards For Tremendous Achievement on February 3rd to present Gary Bailey with the award for Best Customer Service.

As a key supplier to the University for many years, Oyster understands the value in recognising people who go above and beyond and is always keen to support this wonderful event.

New Secure, Environmentally Friendly Sharp MX Colour Copier/Printer/Scanners

Sharp have recently released their brand new MX range of Colour Multifunctional Devices which now include:-

• MX 2310/MX 3111
• MX 2610N/MX 3110N/MX 3610N (with ‘finger swipe’ display)
• MX 4112N/MX 5112N (with ‘finger swipe’ display)

They are designed with the environment in mind and are all Energy Star-certified with energy saving features such as:-

• Rapid warm up time of approx. 20 – 34 seconds
• An LED scanner which reduces power consumption
• Eco Scan Mode (Disables fuser warm up if only scanning a document)
• Self adjusting and pre-set auto shut down
• Low consumption consumables

They range from 23 to 51 pages per minute and are network ready (print & scan) with duplex, electronic sort and hard drive trays as standard.

The Sharp MX 2610N and above models all feature the new ‘finger swipe’ display – just like a tablet PC or smart phone.
